    As we speak we are having a LADY BUG insect fun time picnic!! They were so happy to get your amazing presents!! We LOVE science and this meant so much to us!! I am having such a good time using all the new materials. The kids really really love all the new supplies! Thank you for giving to a high poverty school and making a difference in a child's life.     Thank you all for giving to a high poverty school! The children were so happy with their new books, supplies and learning more and more about science. I have kindergarteners who now can label the thorax, abdomen and the head of the insect. YEAH!!! Three body parts! I am so happy that you took the time to choose my class and donated so generously!! We are in insect heaven now learning all about these fascinating creature. But the best part of it is that we have supplies, we have books because of people like you giving to the classroom. The students love to know where various countries are and the own origins. I have a plethora of different students from all different countries. This made for a wonderful learning experience.     Music!! yeah music!!! We have music thanks to all these lovely people!! WOW!! The students were overjoyed to receive their new musical instruments! We are so happy to have instruments ! The children are now playing along with me while I play the guitar. This is a high poverty school , and at times their lives are very tragic with all they go through. I try and create a space for them that is safe and magical. I believe with these instruments you have given such joy to so many of my children. They ask for them every morning.     Thank you all so much for giving to thsi very important project. Last week oen of the students at our school, father was shot. There has been an array of gang shootings in response to this shooting. A lot fo my students come from this porject area. This play therapy center is what this is for...a safe haven. I have created this play therapy center with the help of donors like you. My students coem to school and feel a safe place to be. I want to thank you again for your caring and love.   • DVD To Learn In Kindergarten

    Thank you both so much for makign this part of my classroom a reality!! I am so happy that we now have a DVD player!! YEAH!!! THE STUDENTS who have the hardest time with their letters and numbers watch a special video on the letters and numbers. Thank you for supporting a high poverty school.   • A New Bookshelf For Kindergarteners ( For The Books). :)

    Thank you so much for giving to our school. BUILD A BEAR IN THE HOUSE!!! and all the other amazing donors. We rushed to put up our books, hopefully getting more donations for new books, but for now we have a bOOK SHELF!!!!! We all screamed when it arrived and we so excited that the milk carton to hold our books are gone!!! They are now for milk as we have a beautiful bookshelf.
