Funded Nov 5, 2022Our students are so very lucky to be able to experience on how to use different foods and make better food choices. We cannot begin to tell you how grateful we are for your donations and how we are to be able to utilize every single item. My students will practice sanitation, instruction, measurement, reading, science and history though cooking. Being that my class is only one hour long it would be essential to purchase a dishwasher so that we will conserve waste. Fridays class consist of a pathways class that will pave the way for special needs students who can decide if they would like a career in hospitality or food service. This gives students a hands on experience in all subjects as well as building a financial plan for the future.”
