Funded Nov 8, 2019This is just a small token of my gratitude for your generous donations to my class. The tablets will have a great impact on my students this year. No school year is as important as Kindergarten! This is the year that will shape a child's attitude about school and about learning. Making it the most positive and nurturing experience is a way to insure that these children will continue to love learning and strive to do their best in school. The tablets will help reinforce reading, writing, and math skills. The tablet's applications will help with letter and sound recognition, counting skills, addition, subtraction, letter/number writing, and much more. The tablet will also help my students learn how to use technology. The tablet will provide a much richer learning environment and aid many students for years to come. Thank you for helping to bring technology into our classroom.
My students were overjoyed when they saw the tablet. Your gift is extremely appreciated and has been put to great use. Thank you!!!”

Funded Dec 11, 2019This is just a small token of my gratitude for your generous donation to my class. The stockpile of glue sticks will have a great impact on my students this year. Glue sticks are essential in a Kindergarten classroom and they disappear quickly. Materials as basic as glue were lacking in my classroom and much needed. My students use and will continue to use the glue sticks daily. My students were overjoyed when they saw all of the materials and it was so nice to be able to eliminate an item off of my school supply list to help ease the financial burden from the families of my students this year. Your gift is extremely appreciated and has been put to great use. Because of your donation I was able to send each of my kids home with a bag of glue sticks and other supplies tp use during remote learning.
Thank you!!!”

Funded Apr 3, 2019This is just a small token of my gratitude for your generous donations to my class. The construction paper will have a great impact on my students this year. My students were overjoyed when they saw all of the bright and beautiful construction paper. Your gift is extremely appreciated and has been put to great use. Thank you!!!”

Funded Jul 16, 2018This is just a small token of my gratitude for your generous donation to my class. The morning manipulatives that you have donated to my classroom have been a huge hit and have assisted my students with their math skills, fine motor skills as well as using their imagination. These materials are essential in a Kindergarten classroom and I did not have much. Play permits a child to fit the reality of the world into their own interests and knowledge. Research shows that children who engage in complex forms of play have greater language skills than non-players, better social skills, more empathy, more imagination, and more of the subtle capacity to know what others mean. My students were overjoyed when they opened up all of the boxes and saw all of the new manipulatives to use in the morning. Your gift is extremely appreciated and has been put to great use and will be used in years to come.”
