  • Helping Those in Need

    Funded Dec 3, 2024

This has been one of my favorite projects. Thanks to your generosity my student council kids were able to make personal hygiene care packages. On top of the items that they collected, they were able to make close to 200 packages. These packages were then donated to our local homeless shelter. My students worked hard advertising and encouraging everyone to help out. Their first school wide community service event has a huge success. Thank you for helping my students show compassion and care for others.”

  • Teams Have Uniforms

    Funded Dec 4, 2024

Thank you once again for your amazing donation and help in getting these supplies to my student council members and students overall. The students have had an amazing time designing their team shirts. The shirts have built a sense of community, leadership and especially team work, as one student stated " We are a team, we work together, we are one, just like our shirts are one." The kids have been working extremely well in teams because of the sense of community that the shirts help them feel. Thank you once again.”

The students at my school had the opportunity to vote t in a mock USA presidential as well as for their student council board members. The supplies helped decorate like a real presidential election. My students were able to participate through the entire elections process, from campaigning, setting up, working the voting booth and counting the votes. • A New Country Does Not Mean You're Losing Your Culture

    Funded Oct 8, 2024

Thank you once again for your generous donation. Thanks to your support my students received a heat press and printer ink to design and make t-shirts that represent a very important day in Latin American culture. My students designed shirts representing "dia de los Muertos" then printed the design and pressed it. They were excited and full of pride to show off and celebrate their loved ones that are no longer with us. They are extremely excited to wear this shirt and know that even though some of them are in a new country, they can still celebrate and enjoy their traditions.”

Now that we have received we were able to print stored photos and will now be able to print instantly during the various events and activities that the photo booth will be used in.
