Hello, My name is Ms. Lindsey and I'm a School Counselor at a K-8 public school in East San Jose. I have been a counselor for about 7 years and have the privilege of working at the same district I attended as a child. Our school is a part of a Title 1 school district with approx. 430 students attending. I currently support two school as a counselor and I try my best to be as supportive and successful at my job as much as possible. I try to challenge myself and improve in my practice each year. This year my goal is to successfully create a Tier 1 program that reaches every student on campus. I hope by creating this program, it will decrese negative behaviors and recognize and award positive behaviors.
