  • Let's Make Math Fun!

    Thank you for your donations to our class project "Let's Make Math Fun!" The students were very excited to receive the new math games. They have enjoyed playing these games on a daily basis in class.

    We have been using the math games to practice and review math concepts. After learning a new concept, such as multiplication, we use the games to practice and perfect this skill. The games have also been helpful in teaching the students to work together and learn cooperatively. They enjoy helping their peers learn the games and the math skills needed to play the games.

    The games are a wonderful alternative to math worksheets or flashcards. Not only do they target specific math skills, they also provoke critical thinking skills in the students. The students are becoming better problem solvers as they play the games.

  • Students Who Read Succeed!

    Thank you for helping to fund our classroom project-Students Who Read Succeed! The students love their new books and have had a wonderful time exploring them these past couple of months. The large addition of books to our classroom library has helped all students be better able to find a "just right" book for them. The students in our classroom are all different, and so are their reading levels. Choosing a "just right" book helps to ensure students are reading a book that is at their level, which will help them to grow their love of reading. Thank you again for your generosity and support of our classroom!”
