In these classes, students get to direct their own learning using a modern classroom approach. Students have the opportunity to design their own experiments on a science topic of their choice! Experiments students design answer questions, such as how do different pollutants affect carbon dioxide production in fish? How do different light colors affect plant growth? or How do different stressors affect the behavior in each generation of fruit flies? These materials will give students the opportunity to better complete these labs and allow them to be more creative with what interests them!
