  • Paper Supplies & More

    Funded Dec 10, 2021

Thank you so much for your generosity towards my classroom and students. My Students were so excited when they saw the construction paper, scissors, glue sticks, neon colored post-it notes, lined paper, and most of all the Giant poster size 3M Anchor charts!

We were able to utilize the neon post-its for social emotional learning techniques, anonymously supporting our fellow classmates. The Poster size Anchor charts have been used in group collaboration as well as individual ways for students to express their understanding of the content.

The lined paper is always in "need" for my students. Having it readily available for them cut down on classroom interruptions greatly. The simplistic of having lined paper, construction paper, glue sticks, and scissors readily gave my students the freedom to take care of their classroom needs without it becoming a distraction away from the lesson. Thank you again for your kindness and thoughtfulness.”

What a better time than now as we begin our journey into our Astronomy Unit πŸš€! • Self Care Items

    Funded Dec 17, 2021

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your generosity! The smallest, simplest things can have the greatest impact on a person! I know my students will appreciate the snacks to help with any hunger pains, the hygiene products so that they don't have to be embarrassed because they are without something like toothpaste, or deodorant. These items are more that just snacks and hygiene items they tools to help a student not have to worry for a few moments, enabling them to concentrate on being a student.”

  • "Sit" Flex is better than the rest!

    Funded Feb 24, 2021

Thank you for your gracious support with this project! My students have been able to utilize the flexible seating beyond what I even imagined possible! This project truly has made a positive impact on all of my eighth graders!

The wobble disk, wobble seats, rubber band seat fidget band, weighted balance balls have some of the favorites with my students to get some of their "extra" energy out. I have seen the positive impact with my students that need the kinetic movement. Their ability to focus on their work has improved without a doubt. The weighted balance balls have been a wonderful tool to help my students that like to "wonder" to "stay put" in their cubical area or person work space. This has been what I call a "game changer" for behavior and class management!

The carpet dots have been wonderful too to allow students an alternative sitting place besides their desk or chair. The carpet dots have been wonderful to use especially while maintaining our social distance. I've been able to utilize them outside as well and allow students to enjoy learning out of the classroom. Thank you again for your support in this project!”

  • We are, Outer Space!

    Funded Jan 23, 2021

Thank you so much for your kindness and making this project a reality. Students have been able to enjoy the moon global, solar system mobile, planet posters, solar system poster, and the cross section Earth Model in a variety of activities. The interactive Solar System have provided an interactive app that they can use with their chrome books and phones to have continuation of self exploration. The solar system mobile was utilized to have students understand Revolution, rotation, and the order of planets in our solar system. Students can take an "abstract" thought and make it to more of a 3D visible and tangible process. The Cross-section Earth Model also helps with this as students can take apart the model and look at the layers of Earth! The Moon model had a huge interest as most students have never seen a moon model. They had such a great time looking at the names of the craters. The induvial planet posters have been such a benefit as students can read and discover each planet on their own or with a peer. It's been so much fun watching the students discover and be enthusiastic about their new tools for the classroom. It makes my heart so happy! Thank you all!”
