    I want to thank each

    of you for your valuable, generous donations to help my students build upon

    their science inquiry skills using our new stereomicroscope! In a time where educational budgets are

    shrinking and our class sizes continue to grow, we have to depend more on the

    generosity of donors like you to assist us in providing the valuable education

    every child needs to thrive. As the use of hands-on activities and

    investigations play a crucial role in understanding scientific inquiry, your

    gift allowed our students to work as real scientists to better understand how

    science works, which will better prepare them for high school and college

    science courses. This project was

    also very beneficial for our students with special needs, as students from all

    three of our Special Education Programs were better able to access grade level

    concepts through the hands-on investigations/ activities funded by your

    donations.... you are the heroes that helped make quality learning happen among our
