Many adults have stage fright; as well as students. I was always told the best way to overcome fear, is to face that fear. In this case, it is performing on stage in front of the school, family, and peers. In class, my students display energy, swagger, and confidence, but the moment that we have to go to the auditorium all that fades. Many times it's because the students have never heard what their voices sound like when they are on stage through the speakers. These supplies will allow students to learn how to project their voice and pronunciation of the lyrics how to project and control the volume of their voices individually and collectively with the use of wireless microphones. They will be able to hear themselves as they rehearse if they are too high, pitchy, or flat. Allowing them to perform at their best. My students are great singers, homogenizers and display great showmanship in the classroom. Their love for music is evident, to harness that energy, confidence and display it on the auditorium stage of the school during various concerts.
