  • Book Series For 4th-Graders

    Funded Feb 2, 2021

Thank you so very much for helping me support my students with books that they are interested in! I am so grateful! My students are sure to enjoy these books and I can guarantee they will be taken care of and treated right! Can't wait to post pictures of my students opening the books!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Smith

  • Document Camera Please

    Funded Nov 21, 2019

Thank you so much for helping me get the document camera for my students. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 I didn't get to use it this year as much as I wanted to. But it will definitely be used a lot in the 2020-2021 school year. Whether that be virtual or in class.

Having this camera allowed me to complete work with my students rather than just showing it on the board. I was able to show student writing and students were able to get peer feedback on their work.

I cannot say thank you enough, I am so grateful!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Smith

  • Magic Tree House

    Funded Sep 9, 2019

Thank you so much for your donations towards the books for my classroom. My students really enjoy the Magic Tree House series! These books are a wide range of levels that accommodate all of my students at their particular level. Some of my students are below level and these books give them a chance to improve their reading.

My students also love the fact trackers that come with these books. They love learning about the facts behind the story. These are more challenging but give the students the ability to build their knowledge about a topic.

    Thank you so much! :)”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Smith

  • Classroom Library

    Funded Feb 22, 2019

Thank you very much for your support for my Classroom Library. My library is slowing becoming a place where the children love to go and pick out a great book. They are learning how to choose a book that will make them successful. I cannot explain the joy these students have when they finish a book they truly enjoyed and understand. They love to read now and are expanding their vocabulary with every book they read. Their reading levels are also increasing with each AR test they take. Again we thank you so much and look forward to showing you all of our progress!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Smith

  • Audio for Reading

    Funded Oct 17, 2018

Thank you so much for helping fund my audio for reading. My students LOVE listening to audiobooks and with these headphones, they are able to listen to the books that they want.

My students love a variety of books, action books, fairy books, mysteries. Now my students can each read a book that THEY are interested in. Instead of everyone listening to the same book.

I love having these headphones for many different reasons, not only for reading but they help with my lessons too!! Thank you so much!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Smith

  • Charlotte's Web Class Novels

    Funded Oct 14, 2018

Thank you so much for helping fund my project. My students are loving the book Charlotte's Web. We read a chapter every day and the students look forward to reading each chapter. I am so grateful for all of your support. Teaching has always been a passion of mine and with this book, I'm able to bring books that I loved to read as a child, to my students. I can't wait to read other chapter books with my students.

I'm so excited to say that my students reading level is improving on a weekly basis. I can't wait to see how much they grow at the end of the book.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Smith

Having a class set of the novel Charlotte's Web will allow every student to have a book to read from. The students will be able to read independently instead of having to read in small groups which can lead to behavior problems. We will read a chapter a day using an Audiobook. Each child will have their own novel to follow along with. We will do chapter analyzes to show students how to think about Who, What, When, Where, and Why throughout the story. I can not wait to read Charlotte's Web with my students and show them how fun reading can be! They need exposure to on-level text such as Charlotte's Web. Thanks for your help!
