  • Writing Tools for Students with Mild to Moderate Support Needs

    Thank you so much for supporting this project. This is an essential tool in my classroom. These notebooks provide clear lines for my students to write letters and words more legible. Being able to write legible is such an important skill for my students with special needs. After they leave high school, they will need to know how to write clearly.

    When give a choice between these specialized journals and regular (college-ruled or wide ruled notebooks, all my students chose to use these notebooks. They are so excited to write in their journals everyday.

  • Hygiene Products for High School Students with special needs

    Thank you so much for supporting this project. My students come form low-socioeconomic backgrounds and they can't all afford to bring these hygiene products to school. Although the school provides some panty liners they are not of the highest quality and they fall apart and get messy. Also, they don't have wings, to secure them to their underwear, so they end up falling out. I requested these particular type because it gives my students the confidence to focus on having a good day and a wonderful day of learning. They don't have to worry about staining their clothes or being made fun of because they leaked.

    This type of product is so important that I wanted to ensure that my students didn't have to worry about this. It is not a luxury; it is a necessity.”
