A lot of today's curriculum and lesson resources come in a variety of digital platforms. We currently don't have access to student computers in our classroom. We are so eager and ready to learn every day. We feel like iPads would greatly enhance our learning. We want to be able to use so many of the digital resources that are available to us for math, science, language arts and social studies. We need access to the internet for our research projects. As well as to access all the available learning sites during our station time. Our students come from very diverse backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses. Our school is an inner city school in a vibrant community. Our students want to strive. We look forward to middle school next year and feel like something like this could greatly impact our preparation for the future years to come.
