This project will help my students to learn in an environment that is not only safe but also stimulating. "Tell me, I'll forget. Show me, I'll remember. Involve me, I'll understand." Hi, my name is Erika Paredes and I am a first-year teacher, for the upcoming 2019-2020 school year. I am very excited about this opportunity and can't wait to begin this new adventure. I will be teaching 4th grade to an amazing group of students. These items will help me to create a productive and organized classroom, conducive to learning. Organization is the key to effectiveness. Constructing a classroom that provides students with structure is important to me. A classroom that is safe and has a consistent setting will encourage my students to want to come to school and be motivated learners. I would appreciate any assistance given to me to make my dreams a reality.
