  • Financial Literacy for Preschool

    Funded Nov 28, 2018

Thank you so much for funding our project for Financial Literacy. My students are going to be able to increase their understanding of financial literacy through the use of these items that are of high interest and hands on. Can't wait to see how they interact with them! We appreciate you!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Ramirez-Gonzalez

  • Let's Move and Groove!

    Funded Feb 4, 2014

I cannot express just how thankful we are for your kind donations to our project. It is so humbling knowing that there are such generous people like yourself willing to give so much to our students. Our new materials were received with much excitement in our classroom. It has been so interesting to see all the interesting ways my students have learned to move and groove in the classroom. The materials have really encouraged some of my students to participate more independently in activities they were apprehensive about before. These materials have really made all the difference!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Ramirez-Gonzalez

  • Let's Have Fun Learning to Read!

    Funded Jan 29, 2012

Thank you so much for your such generous donations! My students and I have found so much success in using the Language Tutor device. Most of my students face challenges when it comes to speaking, so to have a device that encourages them to speak is such a positive reinforcement tool. Since using the device, my students have gained the self confidence to speak more openly in class and with their peers both inside and outside of the classroom. You have made all the difference in their lives and we thank you so much!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Ramirez-Gonzalez

  • Make Stories Come to Life!

    Funded Jan 23, 2012

On behalf of my students and I, a very big thank you is in order! I remember the days when listening centers were all the rave and I could definitely see why with my students enjoy them so much. Even though my students have special needs, these amazing resources are what really help excel above the rest. They have become so interested in the conventions of reading; what a book is for and what is has to offer them. They have increased their literary and speech conventions and really get a kick out of having a turn at the listening center and its all because of generous donors like you!”

  • Learning Our Letters: Hands on Manipulatives

    Funded Dec 11, 2011

First off, there are no words to express our gratitude and sincere thanks for your generous donation to our classroom. These teaching tubs have helped our class tremendously! Before introducing the tubs to my students, I tested my special education students, all whom have moderate to severe disabilities, in letter name and sounds. Most of my students were at 10 out of 26 letters. Today, three months later, they all are at 24 out of 26 letters! It is remarkable how something so small, as these teaching tubs, can make all the difference. A huge high five and thumbs up to you and your donation! ”

  • Help Our Students Work Wonders

    Funded Mar 14, 2012

Thank you sooooooooooo much for donating Grace! My kids are going to be so excited, just as I was! We could really use these materials as soon as possible for my students who are in my class right now. The more resources we have for my students to learn the better! Thank you so much for your generosity in donating to my project. It's so easy to want to make an impact in other people's lives when I have people like you to look up to and encourage me along the way! :)”
