Help Make Reading Comprehension Fun! Part 1
Funded Jan 19, 2007Thank you so much for your donation. I cannot begin to express how excited I am to receive these materials. My students need more opportunities to practice their reading skills and build their comprehension. These materials will make this otherwise tedious task fun and desirable. The varied levels of these materials will also allow every student to be working at their own level. With practice my students are going to master these skills and improve their reading. A Promise to My Readers
Funded Dec 19, 2006Thank you so much for your generosity. I am expecially excited about this proposal as the funding comes during the holiday season. When my students return from their winter vacation and learn that we have a brand new classroom library, they will be thrilled. Your donation will bring over one hundred new, high-interest and award winning titles into my classroom. Inspire Us with Courageous Voices
Funded Nov 29, 2006Thank you so much for your donation. I am unbelievably excited to share these fantastic titles with my students. Each of these books shares a story to which my students can relate. My students work so hard and have devoted so much time to improving their reading. They are tearing through my classroom library. Your donation could not have come at a better time. These books will be a fantastic reward. We will be able to conduct literature groups and guided reading groups using these titles and I know that the students are going to love it.
