Reading is a daily part of my students and all of the students in my school. My students are normally reading under grade level due to the fact that English is not their primary language. Currently we don't have a library in the school just the classroom libraries therefore by providing my students with more options of stories from the reading website is very beneficial for them and some of the stories also come in different languages which is great for some of my newcomers. However currently the stories are in black and white and I am of the belief that a image in color is very beneficial for the students this is where the printer in color would be used and it would primarily used for making books that all students would have access to. Due to the number of students that we have I would like to create a small group size set of each book in color and that is why we would need extra ink. My students are required to read books within their level therefore I would use the duck tape to organize the books by organizing them based on a level corresponding to a duck tape design. In efforts to make the books last longer I would use the transparency sheets as a book protector. The stapler and hole puncher would be used to assemble the books and for creating a check out list. Since reading is part of their everyday life and since most of my students don't have transportation or access to a library I would also be using the materials and adding puppets in order to create a literacy bag that they can take home and read the book and answer some of the comprehension questions and enjoy reading a book.
