Thank you so very much for your generosity. Your donation brought a smile to my face and twill bring a smile to 30 other faces come September 5th, our first day of school. My students will be given the opportunity to learn about Australia from the experts, children who live there. When we concluded our Travel Buddy program this school year I asked my students what the most interesting fact that they learned, to which the reply was, “Everyone in Australia has a trampoline”. I cannot wait to see what my students this year will “learn” from this wonderful experience. You will be receiving my students’ thank you notes in the late fall because I want to ensure that you will have wonderful pictures to view and plenty of thank you notes to read. Thank you once again for your wonderful donation. We love wonderful people like you!
I want to say thank you so very much for funding the travel buddy program for my fourth grade class. This program will bring new experiences to my students. I have been in contact with the teacher from Australia already. She and her students are also excited about having our travel buddy visit them in Australia. Caring individuals such as yourself, through your generous donations, are opening new doors and allowing for new experiences for future generations. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing my students to travel down under without leaving their classroom”
Nathaniel Hawthorne once wrote "Words - so innocent and powerless as they are, as standing in a dictionary, how potent for good and evil they become in the hands of one who knows how to combine them." I want my students to become the writers who know how to combine words to create powerful and elegant writings.
