Thank you for your donation it is greatly appreciated. Students today do not learn cursive writing in public schools as apart of our curriculum.
Cursive is a type of handwriting that is needed for the future. Students will use these books to practice cursive writing at the end of the school year and into the summer.”

Thank you for donating to my classroom. This year my students have long days in second grade. In order for them to sustain some energy these snacks are very helpful.
The students are able to learn and snack during the afternoon hours. These hours can prove to be hard because it is normally when students begin to get sluggish. However being able to nourish them has made a difference.
Along with allowing the students to snack as they learn these treats has also been helpful with giving students that come to school without a snack for lunch.”
Thank you for your support with funding this project. This project helped fund a gift card for teachers pay teachers. This is a website where teachers create materials for other teachers to use during lessons. Also these materials are made for students to enjoy and to show how much they know by completing certain worksheets.
Using these gift cards has been very useful for me in my classroom. I have been able to supplement my curriculum with useful materials that are made by other incredible teachers.”

The beginning of the school year is always very important for supplies and personnel should be able to not have to worry about oh do I have a pencil. also since I work in a title one school and in that neighborhood many families cannot afford just basic materials for their kids to bring to school it also takes the Burden off the parents to be able to just have those supplies readily available inside the classroom already. so I want to thank the donors for We're donating to this project allowing me to supply my students with pencils and with other materials that will help us get through the school year and have great learning experience.”
Being able to have books that my children in my classroom can relate to has been such an honor. my students are so interested in these books which allows them to take interest in Reading. for first grade students it's more about interest that really helps children start so once I learn the read or it's just capture there the first experience of reading period having this get funded was the best thing that happened to my classroom I teach them during read aloud and I also allow them to read them by themselves independently. having these books for myself.”
Snack time for first graders can make or break the school day. When my learners are hungry they do not want to work because it is hard to focus.
Being able to receive these snacks for my students was a great improvement to our day. We are able t stop between subjects and eat some snacks to give ourselves some fuel.
The students eat lunch so late in the day so by the time we are getting into writing my students are sleeping but they have been able to perk up to eat snacks.
So on behalf of me and my first-grade students thank you.”

Students love to showcase their art; however, we do not have enough materials for our students to become wonderful artists. Please help us buy the materials for our Title I students. Using these materials, we will be able to create wonderful visuals for our student work to showcase during our authors and artists night. This year, the theme is Eric Carle. His books showcase some amazing and abstract art. Our students are in need of these materials so that they can recreate and also create and design their own interpretations of various Eric Carle illustrations from various Eric Carle books.
