Funded Jul 29, 2023"This is the best day ever!", "Wow!", and "Catch!" were the statements that echoed through my classroom when we did our bouncing bubble experiment. Have you ever seen a bubble bounce? Well most of my students hadn't either. Using glycerin, dish soap and water, we made a bubble solution that allows bubbles to rest in a gloved hand and then you can bounce it and play catch with your friends. It is the coolest thing ever!
Thank you so much for the supplies to make this project come to life. The gylcerin is the secret ingredient to allowing the bubble to bounce. The white gloves breaks the barrier of oils on our hands that usually causes bubbles to break.
Thank you again for allowing me to bring this project to life in my classroom. I love doing it at the end of the year as one of our final activities because it is so much fun! Thank you for your support of my classroom and helping me make the end of 2nd grade something that my class will always remember”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Meyers
