Book by Pre-K: Bound to Be Breathtaking
Funded Oct 25, 2019I can't thank you enough for your very kind donation to my students. We have enjoyed making books with our new binding machine. The children can't wait until we finish writing a book so that it can be bound together and added to our library to be enjoyed over and over again.
Thank you for taking the time to donate to my students and classroom. We feel so very special that so many people wanted to lend a hand to help us be the best students we can be. The binding machine has helped us fill our library with many new books that we love to read. My students enjoy the fact that they have many books that they can read on their own and they love the fact that the books were created by them.”

Pencils, Crayons, and Glue Sticks! Oh My!
Funded Sep 17, 2018I can't even begin to tell you how much funding my project has meant to my class. The classroom supplies have been a huge help to me and my students. We have been able to keep creating all school year long. The glue sticks and pencils have been a tremendous help for helping us complete our work. My students have truly enjoyed having a nice variety of construction paper to choose from when working on their art projects. The joy that my children have from the huge box of crayons is seen every time they get to use them. They love having so many colors to choose from. The students have been able to add so much detail to their drawings with these crayons and markers. You wouldn't even believe how excited they were to learn that we had a bunch of watercolors paints! My students have so much fun when using the paints. They have had so much fun creating with all the new supplies they can't wait for the next project they can create with them.
Thank you so much for supporting my students and my classroom”

Funded Aug 22, 2018Wow, just wow. Thank you for the STEM materials you donated to our classroom. My students were shocked when they saw all the new materials they could use to build. The biggest hit in the classroom was the light table. Every one of my students is super excited when it is their turn to use the light table. I love coming up with new activities for them to use it with. The joy they have using the supplies brings a smile to my face. I wish you could see the way they take such great care of the items that were donated to our classroom.
I am very grateful for your kind and generous donation to our classroom.

Funded Jul 31, 2018How can I begin to tell you how much the new and table and chairs has meant to our classroom? We wish we had more of them in our classroom. Everyone who enters our room comments on how awesome the table and chairs are. The students have so much enjoyment sitting at the table. Who knew a new table and chairs could bring so much joy to class? Some students who struggle sitting at our traditional table are doing much better with sitting at the new table. The table has been such an awesome addition to our class. Thank you so much for donating it to our classroom.
Thank you for supporting my students and my classroom.”

Easel Does it!
Funded Jul 20, 2018I am extremely appreciative for the easel you helped fund for my classroom. I can't thank you enough for your the kindness you have shown to my students and classroom. My students were super excited when the box arrived and they couldn't wait for it to be assembled. They just couldn't believe their eyes when it was finally put together. My students were in shocked to find out that several people who had never meet them make it possible for them to have this awesome addition to our classroom.
We get so much use out of the easel; it has definitely become an essential part of our classroom. We use the easel on a daily basis and it use multiple times a day.
The easel has been such a useful tool in our classroom. I am not sure how I have lived without one for so long. The easel is well loved by everyone in the classroom. Thank you again for your very generous donations.”

Send it to The Printer!
Funded Nov 6, 2017I am extremely appreciative of the printer you helped fund for my classroom. I can't thank you enough for your the kindness you have shown to my students and classroom. My students were happy to open the box when it was delivered and to learn that there are some very generous people out there.
When I told them we had to find away to thank the people who help provide us with a printer, some students went right to work creating thank-you notes.
The printer has been such a useful tool in our classroom. The students like the idea that they can create something on the computer and then send it to the printer so they can either take it home with them to share or hang it up in the classroom so others can see it. Thank you again for your very generous donations.”

Augment Our Reality
Funded Jul 27, 2017I have never been more excited to have a project funded than this one. Having Letters Alive in my classroom has always been a dream of mine. Having it become a reality has been an amazing experience. I was honestly speechless when I learned that it got funded. I cannot thank each of you enough for the very generous donation you have made to my students.
My students have truly enjoyed learning their letters from this program. We have so much fun using the letters; the students don't even realize that they are learning. The days we don't get to use Letters Alive leaves them disappointed.
Having this project funded was not only a win for my student but also a win for me. I love when I can make learning super fun for my students and thanks to your kindness and generosity you made it even possible for me to bring the fun into learning.”

It's All About the Letters!
Funded Aug 15, 2017I can't express how grateful I am for your very generous donation to my classroom.
My students could not believe that someone was so kind to send us such awesome materials to use in our classroom. I overheard one student say he felt like it was his birthday. The growth they have shown in their letter knowledge and word building skills from these materials amazes me.
My students have so much fun with the letter games and materials they don't even know they are actually learning. They beg to play with them and hate to put them away when it's time to clean up. The way they care for the items makes my heart happy; they put so much effort into making sure everything is put away exactly the same way so all the pieces are there to play with the next day. I can't thank you enough for your generous donation. It's people like you who help make my job just a little easier.”

Funded Apr 9, 2011Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. I can't fully express my joy, excitement, and thanks for your donation to my project.
Many of my students come to school with little to no letter knowledge and the program that you helped bring to my classroom will really help them gain more knowledge in that area. I truly believe this program will give my students the advantage they will need to get ahead in kindergarten.
I can't wait to receive my items form Donors Choose so I can start teaching my children with this wonderful program that was very generously donated. Thank you again for helping me help my students get the best education they can.”

Read to Me Please
Funded Aug 21, 2009Thank you so much for your generous gift. Words can not express how excited my class was to receive their very own copy Go Away Big Green Monster. They love to read the book every chance they get. I've never seen them handle anything with such care and concern. The students take them out and put them back when they're done and with out any fighting.
When I told them that someone that has never met us, gave us these books as a gift they were thrilled. Some said, "Wow that was really nice we should say 'Thank you'." They couldn't wait until they could sit down and write their own thank you notes to you. I hope you enjoy the students' thank you notes; they worked very hard on them.
As for me, I just don't think one thank you is enough. May be a million thank yous or even a hundred million, but thank you nonetheless. It's very, very kind of you.
Thank you for your gift. You're so kind! ”
With gratitude,
Ms. Chabus
