Each student comes to my classroom with different needs. Most students have very busy bodies, and sitting in a regular classroom chair does not let them get out excess energy. I try my best to accommodate the needs of the busy bodied students, but the classroom chairs are not cutting it. These alternative seating choices will give students the opportunity to not let their bodies get in the way of their learning. The stack stools will let students sit up and have their feet dangle to the floor. The wobble chairs will let those wiggling bodies have some movement when we need to sit and work on writing or reading. And lastly, for that extra busy body, the chair ball with feet will let that student bounce in a safe way at their table.
