We are so fortunate to be living in a time when we have so many tools to help us learn. We can research information in an instant, and communicate with people across the globe. We can translate languages instantly. People with visual, learning or physical disabilities can use technology to assist them with reading and writing. Many schools cannot afford to purchase the tools that students need to learn in a 21st century, digital world. Your donation will go towards providing my classroom with Chromebooks to help my students learn. Students with disabilities will be able to use apps such as "Open Dyslexic" to make reading easier. Students that are learning English as a second language will be able to translate information quickly. Students will fine motor skill issues will be able to express themselves clearly. Learning materials can be easily differentiated with technology. Please consider donating so that my students have access to these tools!
