It is my desire to create a classroom where my students know they can be comfortable, safe, and cared for. The light covers, flexible seating such as Wobble Chairs & Cushions, Floor Seats and a calming CD will add to what has already been done to move toward a classroom where this can happen. My students are directly affected by the volcano. Fortunately, the lava has found a path and is staying in that path so that there is no danger, as of now, to any of their homes. A calm classroom will enable students to focus on what is happening in the classroom, forgetting, what is happening outside.
