  • Ink-credible Projects!

    Funded Feb 15, 2012

    Thanks to your generosity, our project is fully funded! We look forward to making many "ink-credible" projects with the printer that you funded. This resource will enable us to be more creative and responsive to the needs of our students. In preschool instruction, language development is one of our primary focuses. Having this printer in our classroom will allow us to transcribe more language samples to chart the progress of our students. This will benefit not only our current class, but many classes to come.   • A Chair of Their Own

    Due to your generosity, my class project was fully funded. Thank you for helping my students have a chair of their own.Each day when we start class, we no longer have to scramble to make sure we have enough chairs on the rug for the children. This will benefit classes for years to come. My students have various sensory needs and these cube chairs will help them get their wiggles out and focus on instruction at the same time. In addition, the calming tent/tunnel will serve as a place for children to relax and regulate themselves. I look forward to thanking you all personally.”

I have the best students in the world! They are 3 to 5 years old and have mild to moderate special needs ranging from autism, to language delays and developmental delays. My class is very diverse and we are located at a Title 1 school. We have a language based program that includes a lot dynamic moments on the rug. We cook, we experiment, we listen to amazing stories and act them out. In order for my kids to fully access these activities they need proper resources.

About my class

I have the best students in the world! They are 3 to 5 years old and have mild to moderate special needs ranging from autism, to language delays and developmental delays. My class is very diverse and we are located at a Title 1 school. We have a language based program that includes a lot dynamic moments on the rug.
