My students are such hard workers, but they don't all have access to snacks at home, or at school. In the beginning of the school year, up until recently, I was able to provide them with snacks, but as the year has progressed, I am in need of assistance. These snacks not only motivate my students, but it also assures that they have something to take home, should they want a snack or two, later in the evening. Providing them with these snacks has been a lifesaver. Sometimes they come to school, and they haven't eaten breakfast, so having something to satiate their hunger until lunch , has been very beneficial! As educators, we wear many caps, and we must assure that we meet as many needs as possible, for our students. As Talmud stated, "Whomever saves one life, saves the entire world!
