Art Makes You Smart!
Funded Jul 22, 2018Thank you so much for your generous donation. The students were simply astonished to see all of the new art supplies. The new acrylic paints have already been put to great use, creating a beautiful nature inspired, abstract painting. The variety of paintbrushes we received are so smooth and easy for the students to handle. We couldn't be happier, knowing that we have all that we need to be creative and create beautiful works of art. I cannot wait to be able to do more art projects with the students. Thank you again for thinking of us and donating to make our classroom experience amazing. We truly appreciate you.”

Art Makes you Smart
Funded Aug 23, 2014Although our economy is improving our school budget for art supplies is still in major need of funding. With your help I was able to request some really great supplies such as long lasting, permanent markers, small easels, clay etc.
Thank you so much for all of your generous donations. The students were so excited to receive all of the new art supplies. They all loved being able to use the markers to design the most fantastic looking poster boards for their in class projects. The easels were great as the kids painted and had the opportunity to feel like real artists using authentic, real materials. It was really awesome to be able to give them that opportunity.
I love that with your help I was able to provide this group of students amazing opportunities to creatively express themselves. Other students in the coming years will also be able to benefit from these supplies which is also something that I am grateful for.
Thank you, thank you, thank you...Your generous spirit is something we all appreciate.”

Funded Sep 6, 2012Thank you for all of your generous donations. Thanks to your generosity the students had a much easier time completing their numerous projects. With the purchased laptop, printers and USB flash drives, the students were able to do valuable research for their country reports and science projects. The students were also able to print out pictures and even write their very own movie scripts. The USB flash drives came in very handy as the kids were able to save their work and come back to it at a later time. All of this technology really helped the students complete their wonderful projects and I couldn't be more happy with the results. Thank you once again for supporting our class. You are awesome!”

Funded Jan 31, 2012Thank you so much for all of your generous donations. Thanks to all of you, the students had a much easier time researching factual information for the numerous projects that they completed this year. This year they had to research a country, a state and also various scientific principles and concepts. Through the use of the brand new set of encyclopedias, the students were able to gather the pertinent information and organize it in a much more efficient manner. Technology is a great tool to be used in the classroom but to be able to research a topic, using different resources is also a much needed skill. Often times, the information gathered on the Internet may not always be reliable, depending on the site, and students need a trusted resource that will provide them with true and factual information. Your support made all of this possible. We cannot thank you enough. ”

Funded Jan 24, 2012Thank you so much for your generous donations. We were all so happy to hear that we would be getting a new laptop thanks to all of your generous donations. The laptop could not have arrived at a better time. The students had just begun working on their research projects and some students were frustrated at the amount of time they had to wait to use a classroom computer. The arrival of our new laptop greatly alleviated some of that wait time. What a great relief!
Additionally, the children were amazed that parents, friends and even people they did not know personally would donate to help our cause. The lesson learned was much deeper than I can teach from a book. They observed people working together and showing great kindness. It was really touching to see the effect that your kindness had on our classroom. Thank you again.”
