The supplies requested will aid in giving students a deeper understanding of both the biological and physical worlds around us! From physics and forensic science, to the molecular and cellular level, we need future problem solvers. Arizona State Science standards have changed over this year, leaving us with a lack of supplies needed to teach relevant experiments that engage students. Physics are now taught with a rigor that requires new tools for a fresher investigation into the ways the world works. With the circuits and magnetism kit, student will be able to directly test variables within electrostatic and magnetic fields. Pre-medical exploration through enhanced microscopy activities will provide opportunity for future health care workers and providers, as well as potential laboratory technicians and forensic scientists. In addition to the fingerprinting and forensics kit for our in-class crime scenes, our future scientists can identify chemical and physical properties of elements with the requested chemistry equipment, leading to a strong foundation for the search and analysis of empirical evidence. By funding my project, you will help my students with invaluable experiences!
