My students are fifth graders in a Title I urban elementary school. My students are all very different. My classroom is made up of English Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), special needs, and gifted students. My students are enthusiastic and ready to learn. Besides being eager to consume knowledge, they are curious and question everything. They all have a variety of ways that they learn; many of them are kinetic and visual learners, while others are auditory learners. This means that interactive and hands-on activities are necessary. Most my 49 students do not have access to technology at home, so their only means of exposure to technology is at school.
