The items on my list will allow me to provide hands on lessons to help my student become self-sufficient and not have to heavily rely on someone to help them feed themselves. By being exposed to this cookware set, utensils, mixing bowls and kitchen appliances, my student will have access to repeat what they learned at school and practice at home. I want my student to become as independent as they allow themselves so that they can provide fuel to their own person. This allows me to give them endless opportunities to show them how to make food for themselves. All of the items will be used every other day with new or repetitive recipes to help them provide for themselves. Most student have some of these items at home and this will allow for them to help cook or cook for themselves when their guardians are not home or busy. With the cookware, kitchen appliances, utensils, and bowls, my students are getting hands on experience and opportunities to learn how to provide for themselves when no one is around to help them. The outcome I hope that comes from this is, allowing each one of my students to be as self-sufficient as they can be or need little to no help when it's time to fuel their bodies. My students show great want for being independent and this will allow that extra step so that they can rely on themselves when needing to feed themselves and not waiting on others for help.
