  • Help My Students Have More Choices for Flexible Seating

    Thank you for being a part of this special group of people coming together to support and encourage the incredible growth in my classroom. Every day we are pushing ourselves to learn more and become stronger in math, language, science, and social studies. These materials are essential in helping my students in independent time. Studies show that flexible seating helps improve focus and performance, but even more magical than that is that you are showing my students that people care about their education and want them to succeed which inspires them to try harder and learn more.     Our new headsets and mice have made a huge difference in our class! The mice help fill in the gaps with often broken trackpads on our Chromebooks, this is an affordable way to fix the issue without blowing our budget on new Chromebooks as often! The headsets make learning much more personal, each student can now focus on their own work and our classroom maintains a nice working sound level. The kids especially love the "gamer" design of the headsets! It is so rewarding to see them smile as they use "nice gear".

  • Flex Your Flexible Seating!

    Our students love our new flexible seating and we feel the increase in participation and motivation in our class! We are learning and growing from this added focus. The reward of using flexible seating continues to motivate the students long after the "newness" of the items has worn away.

    When the items first arrived, the students' faces lit up with joy! They continue to treat these items as a treasured addition to our classroom. It has been refreshing to allow my students to move and flex, embracing an age appropriate response to classroom seating.”

  • Oops! Did I Break That?!

    This project is used every day by my students! This technology allowed my students to research, grow, and explore their curiosity in safe and supported ways. The most exciting part is watching them value having nice things provided for them. It was especially heartwarming for students who haven't been trusted with these devices in the past to gain a sense of ownership and pride. I love this addition to our classroom! I will forever be grateful that my students have had this wonderful opportunity.”

  • Hands-on Learners!

    Thank you for your generations donations, with the new science kits and math games we were able to achieve more than we imagined! Our math skills were much more fun to review, which meant that the students remained engaged for a much longer period of time. This shows in our achievement tests we recently took, but more so in the growing confidence of each student.

    Our energy unit was very impactful. The students not only learned about alternative fuel sources, but they were able to created solar-powered cars and model homes. One group was even able to power a robot! The level of classroom engagement is amazing!

  • Can You Hear Me Now?

    Our students were fully prepared and successfully performed on our end of year state testing. The new headsets were critical in making this possible! The students were so excited to have high-quality gear that showed we believed in them enough to provide them with the proper tools. I know that being able to hear clearly improved their test scores.

    Not only has our listening comprehension improved, but students have found new and exciting ways to collaborate with each other. This high level of collaboration has increased student performance and confidence!”

Frustration can be seen on a daily basis as I watch my students try to use the classroom set of headsets we currently have. Please help me boost our confidence with a new set and a comfy place to work in groups!
