  • Color Our Class!

    The printer and laminating machine was essential for my classroom this year which is full of active learners. I used the color printer and laminating machine for various reasons. With the printer I was able to print many resources used to decorate the classroom with cultural relevant images and learning centers used for visual aids. The laminating machine was used to laminate those items so that my students can use them all year without extreme damage. In addition, a color printer and laminator enabled me to bring a variety of enrichment activities to my students.”

  • TPT Teachers Treasure Box

    When my project was fully funded I was excited because I knew I would be able to purchase many resources that would be beneficial for my student success! With the TPT resource I was able to purchase many activities for Math centers, ELA centers, and much more. This allowed my students the ability to be fully engaged while having fun learning. Being new to the grade level this year this TPT resource saved me a lot of late nights prepping and lesson planning. Room 1 appreciated all donations we received for this school year.”

  • Yoga for Our Minds, Bodies, and Souls!

    When I told my students we received a generous donation and will get to use yoga mats in the classroom the students were so excited. During the end of the day my students look forward to the calmness and relaxation of yoga. My students especially enjoyed the yoga cards that they were able to use to pick out the different yoga poses. I choose one student to pick a card and lead the class to demonstrate the pose. They enjoy this because they pretend it's like a fun game ! Thank you again for this donation. It has become a weekly routine for Room 1!”
