In our classroom, we have students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We absolutely love our class pet, Ginger. She is a 5-year-old Guinea Pig who loves cuddle and snacks. Her favorite snacks are fresh veggies and her Timothy biscuits. Our students love giving her treats and pets all day. Many students do not have pets at home so having this sweet and gentle animal to love at school is great for their social and well-being in the classroom. Ginger is also the only class pet that our school has. This means that Ginger is loved and cared for by not only our students in our class but also many other students and teachers at our school. Thank you again!”

My student's abilities range from very high to very low. One thing that we keep consistent in our classroom is the use of a Harry Potter theme throughout our classroom. We use the house system which allows students to earn individual house points based off of their behavior and ability to follow directions and stick with daily routines and tasks. This project allowed us to purchase some materials that will add to the Harry Potter theme and further the magic in and out of the classroom. The students were able to build the Dursley house from the Harry Potter movies. They also are able to cuddle with some pillows that represent major characters from the stories.”
Thank you for your contribution to our project. I work with students with disabilities. Many of my student's abilities vary depending on each child. Some children are working on writing and counting numbers, while others are completing multiplication facts and word problems.
This gift card has allowed me to purchase the necessary materials through Teachers Pay Teachers to provide each child with the necessary materials to allow them to grow and meet their Individual Education Plan goals every year.”

Thank you for donating to our classroom! Your donation allowed us to purchase many of the supplies needed for our class pet guinea pig. We received hay, treats, food, bedding, and a few different beds for her. Our students in our class along with many other students and classes in our school enjoy visiting GInger the guinea pig every day for pets and squeaks. Ginger loves all the attention! THANK YOU again for helping us keep our guinea pig happy along with many of the students in our entire school! :)”
Thanks for your donation to our classroom! My students are so excited to get these lego sets to build together for many years to come. This project will allow them to work and play together and share their imagination with others. Thank you again for your kind donations! You rock!”

Thank you for all your donations to make this project possible. Thanks to your donations I was able to purchase a cricut machine. This cricut machine has been put to use almost every single day since we have received it. It has allowed us to make stunning bulletin boards with the ability to cut out letters. We have also been able to make posters with our kids and t shirts for our vocabulary parade during Nevada Reading week. We were also given materials to start our money unit. The magnetic coins that we purchased help our students who learn best during hands on activities.”
Thank you so much to all the amazing people who donated to our classroom! The students were so happy to come into class and see the greenhouse with their plants inside! They were able to plant some carrot seeds and can't wait to watch them grow through our Root View project! All the materials funded through this project will help my students learn about what plants need to survive. They will be able to care for their own plants and watch them grow inside our greenhouse every day! We have already seen some changes thanks to the humidity inside the greenhouse.”
Thank you so much for your generous donations! My students and I are so very appreciative to your interest in helping our class grow! These supplies will help create academic materials that will be used daily in our classroom. We can't wait to share some pictures of how we will use these materials. Thank you again!”
My students would love to have some accessible technology in our classroom. We currently have only one working computer in our classroom. This makes it difficult to do any technology-driven lessons in our room. Many of my students also do not have access to any technology at home, making the school day the only time to learn with technology. Many of my students have very low fine motor skills and find it difficult to maneuver a computer mouse.
With iPads, my students would be able to manipulate using the touchscreen allowing them access to the material we work on for reading and math. Kids can play fun math games and also listen to stories read on iPads.
