  As you may know, many of our students face challenges outside of the classroom that can affect their ability to succeed in school. For some, the gap between breakfast and lunch is simply too long, leaving them hungry and distracted during critical learning hours. Your donation has helped fill this gap, offering snacks that not only nourish their bodies but also allow them to fully engage in their studies.

  I think it is difficult to put into words what impact your generosity to this project had on our students. Students did not go hungry during lunch, students were able to nourish at different times throughout the day when needed, student were able to thrive.

  I did not realize how many students do not eat or limit their food at school and a bag of chips or quick granola bar could make all the difference.

• Reading is Fundamental in Math Too

  I am writing to share the incredible impact your generous donation has had on our classroom. Thanks to your support, we have been able to establish a Reading Library in our Math Classroom that has opened new doors for learning, curiosity, and engagement for my students.

  Before we received your donation, our math classroom focused primarily on equations, formulas, and problem-solving, but students often struggled to see how math could connect to their broader world. With the addition of the reading library, we have successfully combined literacy with mathematics, sparking students' interest in both subjects in a unique and exciting way.

There are a number of technologies that change with the times but our calculators are not one of them! This has allowed us to be able to quickly follow instruction and determine the difference between graphs easily. The color screens are significantly easier to read and work on and is a vast improvement for the students. It also helps save money and frustration on batteries.
