An Updated Classroom Library That's Easy For Students To Use

First and foremost, I want to thank you for all of your generous donations. The resources that I have received have made such a HUGE difference in my classroom. The four black bookshelves are very sturdy and durable. The book boxes are absolutely wonderful! It is so easy for my students to find a genre and select a book from that box. The labels that I also received are great, they already have the genres labeled and there are a variety of them too. They have cute pictures on them to show an example of what to expect from this genre. Also, the sticker labels that came with the book box labels are awesome. They are little stickers that you can put on the book and it is easy for my students to return books to the correct box.

The students have been using these resources to enjoy reading during their free reading time. They get to enjoy the library by sitting in there and read a good book on the bean bags with a reading buddy (stuffed animal) or a friend. They use the library on a constant every day basis. My librarians have a easy time putting books back and keeping the library neat and organized. It is also easy to look for a certain themed book or change books around for new books to read.

This project boosted my students interests to read. Like I said before, they are constantly looking for a new book to read and enjoy reading. I have students saying that they would love a library like this at their house. Thank you once again for all of your help in making this project come true.
