Start the Year Off Right with School Supplies
Funded Dec 1, 2024I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for your generous support of my classroom supply grant. Your kindness and commitment to education have made a profound impact on both my students and me.
Thanks to your contributions, I was able to secure new folders, crayons, markers, glue sticks, dry erase markers, pencils, a pencil storage bin, and classroom storage bins, which have already begun to enhance the learning experience in my classroom. These resources are helping to keep students organized and prepared for the classroom each day .
It's inspiring to see the excitement in my students' faces when they use these tools. Just last week, my students used the new supplies to make sure they have freshly sharpened pencils, crayons, and markers to use during math class. Moments like these are made possible by your generosity.
Your support reminds us that we are part of a larger community that believes in the power of education. Please know that your contributions are making a lasting difference, not only in our classroom but also in the futures of my students.
Thank you once again for investing in our success.”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Rigatti

Funded Aug 12, 2021I am greatly humbled by your generosity in getting this grant approved for my classroom.
We have been able to purchase many new resources that I have been able to use in my classroom. We have a station that is used to practice out multiplication and division facts. We have monthly resources that we use to practice various mathematical skills that we use to review or continue to practice. These are just a few that we've used thus far.
These resources are available to use both online and within the classroom so that I can continue my life reaching with ease both in person and remotely.
My classroom and I will continue to use to the resources that were granted from you on a daily basis. Once again thank you for your generosity in helping my classroom grow with new resources to keep my classroom exciting!”

Funded May 16, 2021Thank you so much for the donations this year. Because of you, I was able to order multiple third grade items to enhance my teaching this year in third grade. The items that I have purchased included digital and printable resources, assessments, and hands on activities that get the kids up and moving around the classroom. This past year has been difficult in many different ways for teachers and students alike. Because of your donations, I was also able to get resources that can remediate as well as challenge my students academically. Thank you again for your generosity. It is really appreciated!”

Mrs. Rigatti
Let's Cozy Up With a Good Book
Funded Apr 14, 2021My students and I are so grateful for the cozy couch. They spend time on them everyday reading. When they are done with their morning work, they know that they can go and relax and read a god book from the classroom library. This couch has definitely made an improvement in wanting to read more and also with getting know their peers as well. I have had students reading to themselves as well as reading books to each other. Thank you once again for your generous donations and for helping my classroom become more as one.”

Digital Resources in the Era is COVID-19
Funded Nov 30, 2020I want to humbly thank you for your generous donations to help my grant become possible. Since getting this grant funded, we have been able to have more creative writing projects and get the students excited and want to write. We used a writing project this past week on how to make a s'more and we got to make a s'more in the process of our writing.
The students definitely get excited when introducing something new to the classroom and in the past few weeks surprising them is really getting them motivated to work harder.
I plan to continue to work on our writing skills and to keep them motivated with more interactive lessons in the classroom. I plan on creating another grant that was similar to this one and continue to get more interactive lessons for other subjects as well. Thank you once again!”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Rigatti

Funded Nov 10, 2020I want to give a huge "THANK YOU" for your donations to help my classroom this year. When coming back to in class learning, having these book bins have made the students lives as well as my life a whole lot easier.
Students are using the bins for multiple purposes. They are using the bins to keep library books in from our classroom. Now the books are not just laying around on the floor or making a pile on their desks. They also have a space now to put their dry erase boards and supplies. Students are able to keep their space more organized since they have to keep everything at their desks this year.
The students love their book bins, I jazzed them up with a student number on the from of them so they can keep track of who's bin is who's.
My next step would be to get shelves for these bin, so when we are able to bring desks back into group, the students will still be able to have their book bin, but it will be kept off of the floor and in safe keeping.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Rigatti
School Supplies for a Bright Start
Funded Sep 7, 2018I am so appreciative for all of the back to school supplies that were donated to my classroom. You wouldn't believe how many items have already been used when coming back to school. The week that I came back from maternity leave, I have given out several boxes of crayons and glue sticks. We've been going through pencils like crazy! This makes my classroom so much easier now that I have the supplies that I can give my students who are unable to bring in supplies for themselves throughout the school year. I am so humbled by your generosity. Thank you and please think of my classroom and myself for any future donations as well.”

Funded Mar 27, 2018Our second grade classrooms are so much safer because of the generous donations that you gave. We are so humbled my your generosity. Our Barracuda Safety Locks by Grainger will provide the safety we need to keep an intruder out of our classroom. It is easy to use and the students are aware of how to use it and why we would need to use it. Talking to our students about safety is important for many reasons from the smallest tasks like walking in the hallway to the biggest tasks like maintaining/keeping a classroom safe during drills or the real thing. But knowing that we have this lock in our "go buckets" we are providing a safer classroom because of you. Once again thank you for all that you do to help us reach our goal!”

Funded Mar 27, 2018Our classroom is so grateful to have received these chrome book computers to jump start our 21st century classroom. Laptops seem to be needed on a daily basis in our classroom and letting the students have an opportunity to use them brings joy to them every time when I say, " We're going to use computers today!" Without having a computer class in our elementary school, having them in our classroom gives them some exposure on how to properly use and handle technology. Once again, I am so humble to have such generous donors like you to help our classroom gain so many more educational opportunities.”

Funded Jul 26, 2017I want to humbly thank you for the generous donations that provided my classroom with a brand new reading rug and cozy reading chairs. My students are using these resources on a daily basis. Everyday, I pick two lucky students who get to use the chairs on their free time to sit and enjoy reading a book in different spot other than their desk seat. We use our reading rug to come together as a class to listen and enjoy a story, come together to learn about a new math concept, and solve problems on our math calculators.
My students were SUPER excited to see our new supplies come into the classroom. I was fortunate to have my supplies arrive right before the first day of school, so it was a nice treat for them to introduce a brand new spot for them to read in the classroom.
Once again, I want to thank you for your contributions to my classroom. By believing in my classroom, you are also believing in my students as well. We are extremely grateful for what you did. On that note, we are striving once again to update our classroom into the 21st Century by trying to obtain 5 Chromebook laptop computers for our classroom. With the use of these Chromebooks, we would be able to use additional resources in math, reading, science, and writing. We would be able to increase the technology use in the classroom as well, since our school does not have a computer classroom. Please take a look at my other classroom projects as well. Thank you!”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Rigatti
