Flexible seating in the classroom gives students a sense of freedom over how they choose to learn. Choice can be a huge motivation for students and a way to engage them in the learning process by honoring their various learning styles. Whereas some of my students enjoy traditional seating, others prefer to move away from their normal learning space and into a more flexible space. Whether this be soft cushions to lay on, scoop rockets to rock in, or wobble stools for my move fidgety learners, every student needs to have a comfortable space within the classroom community. The products that I have chosen for my students will be the perfect way to create a space where all students can enjoy learning. These Flex-Space Comfy floor seats will provide additional seating throughout the classroom to meet my students various needs. These seats are super comfortable and can be used anywhere throughout the classroom as they are made of lightweight material and easily stored! Working with my students everyday has helped me understand the value of choice on overall student motivation and learning. I hope these new seating options will be just what my students need to continue learning and growing each day!
