I Get in the Treasure Chest Today!

Thank you so much for your help with our classroom treasure chest. These prizes will be used as behavior incentives. They will be placed in the treasure chest for the children to choose from.
They earn a trip to the treasure chest when they have ten green days in a row. There is a stoplight pocket chart in the front of the room. The goal is to make good choices and stay on green all day. They get very excited when it is their turn to get in the treasure chest.
The children were so excited to see the assortment of prizes available. They love having incentives to work for. Thank you for your kindness and generosity to my first grade class. The children and I really appreciate it.”

These materials will be used with our classroom behavior plan. The children have punch cards that are stored in library pockets. Each day they follow the rules and make good choices they get their card punched. After ten punches, the child has earned a trip to the treasure chest. The trip to the classroom treasure chest is very exciting for them. So, I want to offer prizes that they look forward to getting and will really work for. This will be a nice reward for the children. Thanks to everyone for their help and consideration. Our 1st grade classroom really appreciates it.
