  • The Trike Go Round and Round!

    Funded Apr 14, 2022

Thank you to all the wonderful donors who so generously give to public education. Your commitment to public education and the youngest learners has touched each and everyone of my students. They were so excited when the trike arrived. They ripped the box open and thought they could assemble the trike themselves. Thank God for our awesome Mrs. Pickup who came to the rescue. Each student got to ride the trike and waited patiently in line with their friends. There was no pushing or shoving, just pure joy in their faces. We still have the 3 old trikes and now a brand new trike to add to our Kindergarten yard. It will be shared with 4 Kindergarten classrooms. ♥️ 🥰”

  • Parent and Family Engagement Through "Phonemic Awareness"

    Funded Oct 5, 2019

Thank you for your generous donations and continual support. It is only with your help that we as teachers are able to be the best we could possibly be. You enable us to reach for the stars and bring them down strraight into our students hands. The ese resources have helped educate parents on phonemic awareness and how to increase literacy in the early years of a students life. The materials will teach my students first sound fluency as well as letter and sound recognition. The best part of all is that these resources will be able to be used year after year and touch the lifes of so many more students to come. Thank You!”

  • Montessori Inspired Classroom

    Funded Dec 19, 2019

Thank you to the donors who have taken the time to give back to these previous young students. We are so grateful to not only have new tables and chairs but the correct size for this age group. My students are not only proud of their new classroom furniture but enjoy the clean, sturdy tables that do not wobble or or cracked on the corners. We are so amazed of the numerous companies that are giving to public education and making a direct impact in our classrooms via Donors Choose. This generous gift will be here for our students to use for years to come.”

  • Please Take a Seat

    Funded Jan 7, 2020

Thank you to all the amazing donors who donated to this project. Thank you to all of the companies, corporations and anonymous donors who are committed to public education. Most of all, thank you to Donors Choose for creating this organization that works endlessly to bring to light the need we have in the public classrooms across America. This was the last part of my mission to provide new tables and chairs for our little TK students. We now have the appropriate size of tables and chairs that are needed to maximize learning.”

  • STEM-ulating Future Scientist

    Funded Dec 29, 2019

Thank you to everyone who donated to this STEM project and especially to the Endless Foundation for supporting and promoting Science, Technology, Engineering and Math learning in the classroom. It is never to young to start building the love of STEM in our young students. These little learners are just four and five years old and love math and science. They love using the magnetic fishing pole to go fishing and create color patterns on their boards. The water beads are a huge hit. They were amazed to watch them grow from pea size to marble size through water absorption. Thank you for your "ENDLESSLY" support!”

It is never to young to start building the love of STEM in our young students. These little learners are just four and five years old and love math and science. They love going around the classroom measuring objects, predicting what will sink or float in the water table and figuring out what the puzzle picture will be when sequencing the number order. Thank you for your "ENDLESSLY" support!”

Using a sand/water table allows my students to explore learning through sensory integration and tactile play. They will search for letters, numbers, shapes and play with different textures. Sensory integration provides a crucial foundation for later, more complex learning and behavior. Students will search for uppercase/lowercase letters in the sand and match them up. The same activity will be used with numbers 1-20. I will also use sensory beads and other objects with different textures and search for ocean and land animals. As well as practice sink or float science activities The round table will be used for small group instruction, science experiments, art projects and used as a center rotations in our center based classroom.
