Your generosity will go extremely far in the education of my students. Through the use of this technology, my classroom is converted into a creative workshop. The kids can use the technology to create and empower their peers with knowledge.”

My students come from a myriad of socioeconomic backgrounds. Many do not have Internet or even a computer. They like music and of course very little science. They enjoy going to the movies and being part of a family environment. Many students have a single parent and some cases are lacking a solid home structure. Nonetheless, as educators we push forward and try our best to educate them and get them excited about learning. My school is a TItle 1 school. We are located in a low/middle income area and our teachers/staff struggle to motivate the student population everyday. I hope to use the LCD projector and Screen to entice them into a love for science again. Activities, videos and power points created by the students and presented by the students will hopefully engage them. I strive to motivate my students to grow as learners.
