We are part of a global community, these materials requested by my Kindergarteners will help them learn about the community they are part of. My goal in teaching so much about other countries and cultures is teach my students that across the globe, we have many similarities some differences but most important we are all human. The student population at my school is diverse, each student deserves to see themselves represented in our learning materials. The multi-cultural dolls will be a great asset to all my students as they learn about them, buddy ready with them, play with them. Each item donated has a purpose and will be used again with my class each year. Thank you for helping my class grow.
