• Excited To Be In First Grade!

  I wanted to take a moment to thank you once again for supporting my classroom and helping to fully fund this project. Your contribution has allowed me to provide my students with the tools they need to succeed in first grade. I like to create my own learning materials and in order to help make them last for years to come, I like to laminate them. Students can write on these sheets with dry erase markers and practice their math and literacy skills in the mornings. They were really excited about our new materials!”

• An Interactive Word Wall for Our Writers!

  I would like to take a moment to thank you once again for supporting my classroom. This project has helped my add the finishing touches to our learning space. As a dual language classroom, all resources need to be in both languages for our students. Most importantly, they need to be accessible and interactive for them. My students have really enjoyed taking ownership of their own learning by using our new place value chart and our new pocket charts which display our weekly spelling words. Our new Class Dojo bulletin board helps reinforce positive behaviors in our classroom and a lot of laminating was required to make it look as great as it does. This is all thanks to your generosity.”

They especially love the foldable floor chairs. They love how soft they are and use them during independent reading or while they work on their iPads.
