• Fidget Prizes

  I can't thank you enough for your generosity of the fidget toys. These fidget toys has been so beneficial for managing classroom behaviors. It has helped my special needs students calm down, focus on tasks, and increase their fine motor skills. The fidget toys have also served as classroom rewards at the end of the school day. I use a behavior token system for students with and/or behavior plans in their IEPs. My students understand that if they get a 5 tokens for good behavior at the end of the school day they receive a fidget toy as reward. These fidgets have helped tremendously. Words can't express how grateful we are!”

• Snacks for Smart Brains

  Thank you from the bottom of my heart for donating to such an important project to my classroom. Having these snacks accessible is important to my special needs students. As many special education students in schools, they always have to have accommodations through their learning experience throughout the day. This includes additional time through classwork, preferential seating, visuals, and breaks. A brain break is essential in order to achieve academic progress. Snacks is a form of a brain break and having these snacks has eliminated my students hunger during a long school day. They are also learning to socialize in a more appropriate manner because I encourage conversations. Because your heartfelt donation, it has helped fed 12 special needs students. Thank you again!"”

• Sensory Toys To Explore Math and Science

  I cannot express how thankful I am for your generosity. My students are going to be so excited. They love being able to play with interactive learning games. Thanks again I can't wait for the resource to arrive. I enjoy the look on my students' faces when I show them new equipment. My students do not have much. So when I am able to introduce them to something new and love it. They are great kids who just need a break. With all the problems in there lives I like to feel like I'm there for them always whether it is in life, school, or sports.”

  I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful for the dramatic play area toys to my classroom. My students have enjoyed the toys as much as I have. They love going to the dramatic play area because there is a toy of interest for each student. The students have enjoyed exploring the different toys relating to real life scenarios My sweet students even took their learning to the next level by creating plays and skits for other students to watch.   Thank you so much for your generous donation of the dramatic play area toys. The sparkle in my students' eyes were absolutely priceless. Having this dramatic play toys progresses my student's social and emotional skills.

  Fine and gross motor skills are also essential in developing their academics. These have made an impact in their performance in math and reading. My students now have stronger language and speech skills because they have learned through purposeful play.

• Classroom Basics for Special Learners

  Thank you so much for the all the back to school supplies for my students. These supplies have been helpful. Most of my students are from the inner city of Charleston, West Virginia and most of them come from low income households. Some cannot afford a box of crayons, glue, or scissors. So to see the smile on their faces has truly been heart warming. The mini loop scissors have been a life saver for my students who are making progress in strengthening their fine motor skills. My glue sticks have also come in handy with hands-on work from a differentiated special education curriculum called Unique Leaning System as it requires them to glue and cut. The reusable zip lock bags have been used to store sight word flashcards for homework. Again, we can't thank you enough for your generous donation to my classroom.”
