These guitars will allow this growing school to facilitate another class for students. Without these guitars, the school will be unable to offer the the new guitar class, which will reduce large class sizes. Our school is growing rapidly, with 600 6th graders this year and even more projected for next year, the school is in desperate need of a new encore class. Located on the stage in the cafeteria, this classroom needs to be ready to move at any given time. Offering a guitar class with provide flexibility, allowing the classroom to be mobile when there is no space to hold a class. Guitar will provide students with a real-life skill that interests most people. This will allow them to sing and play Happy Birthday to relatives and friends, encouraging them to incorporate musical skills and knowledge into the rest of their lives.
