In my classroom, we do many small group rotations during literacy and math for more individualized learning. The iPads would serve as another rotation for the students to visit. During literacy, students would be able to use the iPads to hear stories being read to them, through eBooks and other resources. During math rotations, there are many apps that will help students continue their learning of math facts and improve their fluency. The iPads will also be used during science to observe animals through zoo webcams for their end of the year animal report. The iPads will also allow students to explore different parts of the world through webcams to accompany our spinning Earth unit. Your donations will help my students have access to technology in the classroom they previously were not exposed to. The iPads will help to keep students engaged, on task, and will enhance their learning in the classroom.
