When utilizing K'NEX building toys, students are not just "playing." Students will be developing essential STEM (Science Technology Engineering Math) skills through hands on learning opportunities! Students will be provided with guides and blueprints, but will also have options to develop projects with their own creative twists! Students love collaborating with their peers to develop working models of large scale engineering marvels! These K'NEX sets will be used for multiple grade levels in multiple ways. All STEM areas will be addressed and multiple skills will be developed as these tools are utilized. By utilizing these sets during library class, students can take the project one step further by researching existing engineering marvels through available literature!
