No Technology in 2016? Has the World Gone Mad!?

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you for your contribution to our classroom. The addition of these Chromebooks into my class has been phenomenal. Students have been able to work on their typing skills, conduct in-class research, and complete various assignments online that help them improve their grammar and reading comprehension.

While many students have technology available for use inside of their home, this is not the case for all of my students. For those who do not have a computer at home, or even the internet, they have been able to take advantage of the necessary online resources through use of the Chromebooks in class that they would not have access to otherwise.

Additionally, we are an arts school so many students do not have the time to complete a lot of additional work at home due to their busy schedules. Being able to provide access to a computer during class allows students to utilize class time to complete work, practice skills, and even get ahead.

I am truly grateful for the donation to my class and all of the benefits my students have, and will continue to have, available to them.”
