The themed kits from Lakeshore Learning would help to cover Social Studies, Health, and Science standards would make my teaching more engaging for my students.Some of the kits are "All About Me", All About The Weather", and "Space". I would be able to read a story, show a video, and discuss the topic all while letting the students touch and explore the materials that are included in each kit. The students get to stamp out Native American symbols, touch instruments from other counties, and so much more. I would embrace these standards more if I could have these tools available to me.
