My students are very eager to learn and are excited about learning to read. The class gets very excited whenever we learn a new idea in phonics. I make it a big deal to learn something new and tell them they are all readers. It is exciting to see them get it and take off with reading. I love the enthusiasm and excitement each child has and want to keep them excited during our Daily 5 by listening and reading along with books on CD.
