Amazing Letters and Sounds!
Funded May 9, 2022Thank you so much for your generosity. My students have been so engaged with fishing for Alphabet fish. And sorting beginning sounds. The alphabet fish really helped my students with letter recognition. They we're able to not only recognize the first letter of their names. But the first letters of their classmates names as we'll. The sound buckets helped my higher learners begin to sort beginning sounds. The resources you helped to provide are part of the reason all my students we're able to meet their end of the year letter recognition goal.”

Read to Succeed
Funded May 24, 2019Thank you so much! My students are loving using the tablets. They not only have stories read to them. But have the opportunity to learn letters and number identification. They are excited to go everyday and see what new things there are to explore. I also plan to use them in our small groups in the future to continue engaging students and keeping them excited about learning. Thank you again for your generosity to my students. You will be making a difference for years to come. I can't wait to see what other amazing learning opportunities I can use these for.”

Funded Dec 11, 2018Thank you so much on the behalf of my students. They are enjoying all the resources you helped to provide with your generous donations.
We have been using our hats in our Pretend and Learn center. This month we have been pretending to be construction workers and have used different materials such as our pattern blocks to build houses on our blue prints. We have also been using our art easel to paint patterns. We have really enjoyed this activity as now we have lots of paint! We enjoyed painting our patterns and can't wait till our next fun creativity project. We have also, been using our unifix cubes in our math center. These have helped with our fine and gross motor skills. We have used them as part of our construction theme this month. We are learning how to identify a number and build and count the number we find. So not only do we learn to identify a number, we also learned to count and add. In our ABC center we have been matching upper and lower case letters as well as identifying beginning sounds. So our ABC locks came in very handy. We couldn't wait to get our hands on these. Who knew learning could be so much fun!
Again, thank you so much for your generosity it has not only enriched our learning but it has also shown us how much fun learning can be. We can't wait to be able to use all the amazing materials you have helped to provide us with.”
